Partnership with TGW Logistics
We are particularly proud of our long-standing collaboration with TGW Logistics, one of the leading global players in the intralogistics industry. The technology company specializes in the planning, implementation and maintenance of fulfillment centers for the fashion & textile, food and industrial & consumer goods sectors. In numerous joint projects, we have taken on the mechanical and electrical assembly of conveyor technology components as well as the control cabinet construction to control the logistics solutions.
Highly automated fulfillment center for a book wholesaler
In the most recent joint project with TGW Logistics, a highly automated 80,000 m² fulfillment center for a book wholesaler was completed in Stradella, Italy, in recent months. The system has already celebrated its go-live and is one of the most modern intralogistics systems in Europe. Our assembly team took over the mechanical assembly of 7,600 linear meters of container conveyor technology on site and the construction of over 30 ergonomic PickCenters for order processing on two levels. The primary goals of the project were to increase efficiency in handling the ordering and picking processes and to minimize error rates.
