Tasks

  • In your role, you are responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring construction sites
  • You plan and organize the opening of the construction site (office, IT requirements, work ID cards, entry permit, etc.) taking into account the contract, specifications and customer/project standards
  • You instruct and guide employees (your own employees and employees of external companies) with regard to occupational safety regulations, monitoring work results, etc.
  • You are responsible for occupational safety on the construction site and create and maintain current risk assessments
  • You will be responsible for carrying out and monitoring assembly work, including carrying out and controlling commissioning, in terms of content and personnel, as well as developing a capacity forecast
  • You plan and determine the assembly process
  • You are the central contact person for the customer and project manager
  • You assume part of the financial responsibility for what happens on the construction site. You record and evaluate excess and underperformance and communicate these to the project management

Requirements

  • You have completed training in the technical commercial sector with appropriate further training to become a technician/master craftsman or a comparable professional profile
  • Ideally, you have further training to become an on-site manager
  • They have many years of experience in assembly, installation and commissioning in plant or tool construction
  • You have experience in dealing with customers
  • They are internationally experienced in outdoor assembly
  • You can demonstrate initial organizational and leadership experience
  • You have initiative, flexibility and an independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • You have already demonstrated strong teamwork and social skills several times
  • You have good written and spoken English skills; additional foreign language skills would be an advantage
  • They show a high willingness to take national and international business trips
